Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 14 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is the time to hand your order to the carrier, not a guaranteed delivery date. Transit time varies by destination and carrier; customs and carrier delays may extend it.

Price and destinations

We offer worldwide delivery. Delivery and import duties are included in the displayed prices and the checkout total. No separate shipping quote or agreement by email is required before payment. We may contact you to clarify an incomplete delivery address.

Tracking and support

Tracking information is provided by email after dispatch. For a missing or damaged shipment, contact info@snaplumo.com with your order number. Keep photographs of damaged packaging and goods so we can investigate. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
